The following text is what I have used in the past but you can change it or use it as is, everyone is different.
"This is my most requested type of Massage and is
the donations for new clients. It is a combimation of lite and deep pressure to areas that need it most.
The whole Swedish experience is also a potential stress reliever, which is a benefit unto itself. Plus, it can improve blood flow,
delivering more oxygen to cells. A lesser-known benefit—moisturized, glowing skin—results from the application of massage oils."
Types of Pressure Your Speciality goes here
Included
Here you can request what type of pressure you need from light touch to strong or
a combination of both. Lotion or oil is used with an array of 2 scents or no scent to choose from
and five different stroke types.
Rolling, kneading, gliding-sliding, rhythmic tapping and friction are used to help the body’s internal circulation.
Stress Reduction or whatever you offer goes here.
Donations start at $75
Relaxation massage is not only a gentle Swedish massage that uses smooth,
gliding strokes to help you relax but also reduces your levels of stress. The massage therapist will move at a slower pace and use a combination of deep and light pressure.
In a relaxation massage, there is less emphasis on working out chronic underlying muscle tension and more emphasis on relaxation.
In addition, muscle soreness in a specific area can be addressed.
Therapeutic Sports
Donation starts at $75
Therapeutic sports massage therapy can be used as a means to enhance pre-event
preparation and reduce recovery time for maximum performance during training or after an event.
Athletes have discovered that specially designed sports massage promotes flexibility, reduces fatigue,
improves endurance, helps prevent injuries and prepares their body and mind for optimal performance.
Can be done on a particular area or the whole body depending on what sports you do.
Neuromuscular
Donation
Neuromuscular massage therapy is a form of soft tissue manipulation that
aims to treat underlying causes of chronic pain involving the muscular and nervous systems.
This medically-oriented form of massage addresses circulation, nerve compression, postural issues,
and biomechanical problems that can be caused by repetitive movement injuries.
